Coming Soon: TNB Relational Trauma Healing Zine

Joonwoo Lee and Sebastian Barr have spent years interviewing trans and nonbinary survivors of relational trauma, learning about how they were impacted by this harm in their relationships with their parents and importantly - how they’ve found healing. This zine is a collection of some of the findings and a celebration of the healing capacity in trans and nonbinary people and communities and the healing powers of transness specifically. The zine also features poetry and visual art from study participants and art from acclaimed artist Britchida, who Joonwoo and Sebastian commissioned to create art that represents some of the study’s findings. The zine is anticipated to be released in June 2025.
